I did not visit today. I heard that he was feeling a little crappy and grouchy earlier in the day. I think today is his last day on the steroid so the grouchiness should subside a little because of that. He got rid of his IV today, so he doesn't have to drag around his little friend any more. After he started to feel a little better they got outside and walked around a little bit.
So far it has been pretty smooth sailing. They say that around day 7 is where his counts will bottom out and if he develops any mouth sores that it would happen around this time as well.
