6/27/2018  They have found out what kind of infection Larry has it is Pneumocystis Jiroveci Pneumonia and they started treating it this morning he may get to come home tomorrow I hope so.

6/26/2018  They didn't let Larry come home today we really thought he was going to get a come home but they said that he is still too sick the doctor came in and said said that he had edema in his lungs that is where blood vessels are swollen it's just like his legs swell . they still don't know what kind of infection he has in his lung tissue they are still waiting on some test results to come back . I hope that can tell him what is going on with Larry's lungs he is still on antibiotics for the infection but we really don't know when he's going to be getting to come home and we don't have any new information yet.

6/24/2018  They are going to do an Bronchoscopy on Larry tomorrow morning to see what is going on with his lungs they don't think his lungs are coming back like they should still on a lot of oxygen right now . He may get to come home tomorrow after the test I am going to wait until he calls to let me know if he's going to come home or not before I go down if he don't come home tomorrow I probably won't go down Tuesday.

6/23/2018 Larry called last night and told me his arm was hurting him really bad where one of the ivies were I told him he needed to tell the nurse and draw their attention to it because it could be infiltrating, so he did come to find out he is allergic to one of the ivies they are giving him. His arm had swollen up to over a softball-size and they had to give him 21 shots to reverse the allergic reaction he was having to the antibiotic that they were giving him so they took pictures and draw a circle around the swelling to keep a close eye on what is going on I haven't heard any more this today but I am going to go down to Columbus Sunday to see how things are going and to check on him . They took a MRI of his chest yesterday there are a few more tests they want to run they're trying to find out what type of pneumonia he has so they can just use one antibiotic to treat it right now they are using two.

6/22/2018 Larry has pneumonia so he will be in the hospital for two more days

6/21/2018 We went down to Columbus today to see Larry's cancer doctor and for him to have his chemotherapy got as far as seeing his cancer doctor 104 temperature so they have admitted him into the hospital they think it may be an infection somewhere so they have him on 3 antibiotics IVs and ran a bunch of blood work don't know any more than that right now maybe tomorrow I will know more. he is in the James Cancer Hospital on the 21st floor I don't remember what room he's in.
